Door County Magazine sponsors a contest every year for the “Best of Door County“.  The categories vary each year.  The 2010 winners were named in the December issue and, unbeknown to us, there was a campground category. We were fortunate to be voted the second place winner coming in behind Peninsula State Park.  There was no third place awarded.  In essence, we were voted Best Private Campground.  It was a rewarding surprise.  So thank-you, thank-you to all our campers who voted for us.  When you camp with us next time, please let us know who you are so we may thank you in person.
